Getting here:

The conference will take place in the Ramphal Building, in rooms R0.03/4 and R0.14.

Maps of the campus and directions to the University by car, train and bus are available here: visiting the university. Please note that the closest railway station to the university is Coventry.

Buses 11, 12, and 16 run from the footbridge near the station to campus.  [These buses do NOT stop at the bus stops directly in front of the station.]

For those coming from abroad, National Express operates a direct bus to Coventry from Heathrow Airport.

Accommodation:

Onsite accommodation at the University of Warwick can be booked through Warwick Conferences. This is a busy conference period, and so it is worth booking well in advance. However, spaces often open up at the last minute at Radcliffe, Scarman, and Arden because of changes to large conference bookings.  Accommodation options can also be found in the cities of Coventry, Kenilworth or Leamington Spa, all of which are connected to the campus via bus services.

Hylands Hotel, Coventry
